Plan was once a week when in a good mindset. Maybe more, I just don’t want it to be the first thing I see every morning :)

Thanks, everyone. I have been experimenting the last 5 days, ate half back, but was extremely hungry all day and over ate. So, think it evened out. I will go back to eating all. Think my body is telling me something. I believe the numbers I am using are fair. Just hope the scale finally agrees :)

New to this group. Searched you out after a horrible episode of binging today. Starting tomorrow as a new day. Me:0 B:1 DBF:0 Thanks for "listening"

Thanks, everyone! I really appreciate the feedback. I do find it very hard to stick with 1200-1250 and like the reward of being able to eat out to exercise so I will go with that. I would be happy with half a pound a week as long as it is consistent. I really just need to pick a plan, stick to it, and watch every bite. Too…

Thanks. How much is your portion of exercise calories that you eat back?

I know this is a really old post, but I love this idea of banking calories. Can someone explain to me how they created that separate category to track it?

Have you tried finding a doctor (most gastros will test for this though) that tests for Sibo (Small Intestional Bacteria Overgrowth)?

ahhh...thank you. I saw someone mention something like this, but couldn't figure out how to get to it. I appreciate it. I will try this. Also, since I am so new, maybe it hasn't gotten an accurate estimate. I will try both out (this setting change and waiting). If nothing else, I think I would rather unsync them and watch…

Hmmm...thanks so much! I believe I set them both at the same, but I don't recall being asked to choose my activity level for fitbit one, just MFP. I made sure I chose the same goal though (1/2 pound) and am using MfP's calorie allotment. Right now, Fit Bit tells me that I have 66 calories left. MFP tells me I have 313…

okay, thanks. I have them enabled. Maybe I shouldn't. This is so confusing. Why don't they make all this clear in the instructions?

Thanks. Right now, my fitbit app says I am 148 calories over. However, MFP says I have 113 remaining. Both numbers seem to be changing everytime I sync?

I am having issues myself. Technically, I am at goal and have kept almost 45 pounds off for several years, but behind closed doors, I have slipped backwards into eating when not hungry. My family just relocated to a new state and I am pretty sure it is a result of all the change and I am eating out of emotion. I have tried…

I have tried to add more to my diet lately, as well. Almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, olive oil (homemade salad dressing is great), 2% greek yogurt, eggs (in moderation), low fat cheese (still adds up - I like Cabot 50%), almond butter, sun butter, natural peanut butter.
