That looks like it would be fun & an awesome workout. Where would you get such items to try it? I usually frequent Encinitas for my beaching needs, so I'm right near Cardiff. :)

With fruit. Pineapple and peaches are my favorite. Yum!

Yes, you can definitely see a major difference. Keep up the good (hard I'm sure) work.

That happened to me as well in the beginning. I lost one week, then none the next, and so on. I found that when I added more exercise, and changed up what type of exercise I was doing I got weekly results. Keep going though it will come off. :)

I asked a trainer (at the gym I go to) about getting rid of the mommy tummy fat, and she told me cardio was the best way.

I didn't gain any weight when I got my dvd, but I was already working out at the gym for several weeks before I started. I bought it to add some variety to my exercise routine. Keep it up though, it will all benefit you in the end. Watch your food intake. Good luck!!!

Well that all depends. If I am going to a class or working out to a tape then I prefer friends. If I am working out on a cardio machine or weights then I would rather be alone with my headphones on. I am more focused that way, and get more done.

I looked that one up on the computer as "how many calories burned for 30 day shred", and I put mine in as a new exercise. I put that I burned 200-250 depending on my intensity. I know it's probably more, but I couldn't get an exact answer online.
