Logging the 30 day shred

I just did the 30 day shred and I'm just wondering what I would log that under for my exercise. Anyone know?

    I log it as circuit training

    If you have a heart rate monitor add it as a seperate exercise under 'My exercises'. If not most people log it under "Circuit training". Enjoy the shred - it's fabulous!

  • I looked that one up on the computer as "how many calories burned for 30 day shred", and I put mine in as a new exercise. I put that I burned 200-250 depending on my intensity. I know it's probably more, but I couldn't get an exact answer online.
