Ginger helps, so does mint tea but the thing I have found that helps me most with nausea is salt. Salty crisps, pretzels - anything salty!!

In for the recipes! At the moment, I am really into slow cooker baked potatoes (Prick with a fork, Put some olive oil, salt and pepper on the potato, wrap in foil, put it slow cooker for 5 hours on high or 8 on low, eat!)

I still can't wear any kind of heels. Literally every time I go out, I put my heels on, walk around the house for about 5 minutes, decide its stupid, cry, then wear flats. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I still live in hope that one day, I will put them on and it magically won't hurt!!

I broke my ankle in 8 places about a year and a half ago - so you are not alone! Hope your recovery goes well!! EDIT: I was also told by my doctors that a broken ankle is one of the hardest things to recovery from in terms of broken bones - so don't be too hard on yourself!

After having long hair for my entire life, and recently going short - I cant recommend it enough. Try it at least once, if you dont like it, it grows back really quickly. For what it is worth, I think you would look great with short hair!

Only once when I was ill. I literally just lay down on the floor of the cloakroom type room (cause it has a boiler in, its really warm) My boss, who knew I was ill, I woke up to her screaming for help for me. AWKWARD!

I can't be much help on the stress eating, cause I do that myself :( But with the "Cant be bothered to cook - lets have a takeaway" something I am finding really helpful is the slow cooker I have just bought, whack everything in in the morning before work, and have tasty dinner when you get home :) It has really helped me…
