Just a small important note !! They do not know who sent this hate mail!!! So to comment on it was a "Mother" Is wrong. They claim it may have been someone in the neighbourhood.

Geeez I'm sorry I asked the question!!!!! Trust me I hate diet's! Hell I know there are no magic pill to lose weight!! I am looking at this as a life style change in my life. I know the way to be successful is calories in, calories out. I am in no rush to lose my weight! Slow n steady wins the race

I really don't care who looks at my food journal... I do this for myself! if others want to go ahead and judge how I eat my calories, thats fine with me... At the end of the day only what I do and how I feel counts! Not comments from others... I thought keeping the food journal open was to help others when we hit a wall?

I know how you feel.. I was let go from my job in November 2011 and was out of work for 8 months with no income!! But I did my best to keep my chin up...Believe me it was hard!! The great news is I just started a new job 2 1/2 weeks a go... And all I say is, I love it! It's a great company, with a ton of perks. Bottom Line…
