First of all you're going to love P90X!! I was just taking my protein shake after my workout (GNC brand).. But I have been reading that I need something a little more after my workouts... hmmmm it said something with more carbs!! CARBS Is a bad word!! ;-)

Wow.. I feel so bad for the people who don't have that support from friends or family!!! I do post some of my information on FB From workouts to recipes.. etc etc..... (some even want me to make them a recipe book) And so far no one ever said anything bad..... I am very lucky that I have motivated some to make this change…

Fantastic!! I'm doing P90x now!! However my daughter is a personal trainer, and she is always after me to lift weights... I only use to do carido... But I've been lifting for some time now and I can't believe the change in my body!!

How much weight you lift is not really Important.. It is the tecnique!

If you belong to a gym, Check to see if the have a bodypump class!! This is a full body workout with weights. And this way by doing a class you will understand how to use the weights the right way!! You really need to watch your tecnique when lifting as to how much you're lifting... Good luck!!

I have to say that was me..... I would weigh myself about... hmmm.... when I was home like 10 times a day!!! But I don't do that any more..... I don't even stress when it says I gained weight. Well that was not to bad....... I started L1 yesterday... And I have to say I feel really good today! I used 5lbs weight Tonight I have a step Aerobics, And I'll do L1 day 2, tonight... Has anyone ever started with L2 right from the beginning??
