Find an exercise that you actually enjoy doing! I have found that Zumba is a great workout and a ton of fun for me! This makes me want to go workout. Once you get the habit of doing something you enjoy you will likely want to do other forms of working out - such as lifting weights.

I'd just make note of it, and if you go over in calories at the end of the day by a little, don't worry about it. I had that same issue with a women's daily multivitamin. Couldn't ever eat it at breakfast time. It worked better eating it at the end of the day after having meals.

Your best bet is to experiment and see what works for you. I generally have to have a snack before I work out otherwise the workout is going to be awful... limited energy.. extra tired feeling. But for some people they just feel sick from eating beforehand.. you've got to see what works the best with your system.

Agreed. Start of a day begins when I wake up in the morning. End of a day is when I go to sleep for the night whatever time that may be.

Some specialty running stores will even have a treadmill located in the store so you can get a feel for how the shoe fits while walking or running. Definitely head over to a running specific store and the employees there are generally very knowledgeable and will be able to help you out!

I completed one in 2010 and my time was 2:19! I am working hard to get back into running shape since after the half I pretty much stopped exercising and then school/work/planning a wedding took over! I have since taken things back into my hands and am working hard to loose some weight then get back into running again!…
