I just looked up the spoon theory and it makes total sense to me. There are days that getting out of bed can cost me one or two spoons, by using this theory. It's really interesting.

You can customize what you keep track of. Go to your check in page and under what's there it says "track additional measurements". I'm able to keep track of my BS levels. I hope this helps.

This happens to me too. I have some pants I can pull on and off without undoing. It's a great feeling. I'm down 5 pounds and can feel my pants getting looser. I love this feeling!

Thanks everyone for making me feel welcome. I took my fasting blood level this morning and it was 171. That's the highest it's been in a couple of weeks. I forgot to take my medicine yesterday, so hopefully today will be a better day.

The doctor thinks anxiety has been causing this round. I think it's stress. I've suffered from migraines since I was about 11. I deal with them, but I'm hoping if I can get everything under control, they will cease. :smile:
