Wow, that sounds like a challenge and well done you for trying to stay healthy during this time. I am not a muslim and have never fasted really but I guess my only tip from what you wrote and I guess how I would feel if it was me would be to plan your meals if possible. When I don't plan I am more likely to eat the wrong…

I have a few! No1. King Prawn Indian Korma with rice and a garlic Naan washed down with a large beer! No2. Chimichanga - Tex Mex with refried beans, rice and heaps and HEAPS of sour cream! No3. Cheese, pate, french bread, spreads and wine! All worth it for me! I love Indian for though, it would win every time!

Well thanks for your comments but please don't post if this is just a dig at paleo. The reason I have chosen this style of eating is because it allows you to eat good healthy whole foods. Like I said still have treat days but everything in moderation. Obviously not everyone agrees to this style of eating but for me…

Hey thanks for the advise! Well he said I could superset body areas! Chest and tris one day, back and bis another day, shoulders and legs and cardio and core another day. I know its a matter of trying and seeing what suits but I hear so many different ways of training its hard to know what's going to suit me and get the…

Tomorrow I will finish month 1 and ill be moving in to month 2! Loving Insanity :) Good luck!

By the way, congrats on the great success you have had so far! I am 2 days away from recovery week and I am going to check my results on Tuesday :)

I agree with above posters! You are building new muscles which of course weights more but your body will look smaller! Tell your doctor to do his research and to ditch the stupid BMI chart he has on his wall!

Don't give up! Think positive! I have just completed week 3 of Insanity and theres things I still find tough. I also struggle with upper body but you have to try to improve! If you don't try then you will never get better. It's mind over matter! Give it another go, take breaks and work through it a bit of a time!

I log my insanity workouts by wearing a Polar HRM. It's the easiest way and most accurate. Insanity is intense so I don't really think you could rely on my fitness pal to log it accurately. Your heart rate is constantly up and down and also depends how hard you work

I'm on week 3 of Insanity and I was really sore at first but keep working through it! It's normal to feel sore, insanity is an intense program and your muscles are in shock. I find it helps the soreness by working out! Don't give up!!

I agree with Amy! If you have not exercised in a while then your muscles will go in to shock and you will retain fluid around your muscles. It's your bodies way of protecting itself. It won't last forever so don't quit exercising. :-)

Week 3 here!! Really loving it!! :-) Please feel free to add me as more motivation the better :-) P.S - Switch kicks are the devil!!!! :P

I'm on round 1 - day 11! I absolutely love Insanity! I love Shaun T and how he pushes you! I don't find him annoying like other instructors and I can not wait to see the results! It is hard and it will push you but make sure you listen to him and get your form correct! Form first, then speed! Good luck! Feel free to add…
