Hey, Try not to get discouraged hun! Your doing awesome! I am totally expecting to put on weight during the next few months because of Insanity but I am going to try and go by the pictures. I am also measuring my body fat % and I hope this goes down even if my overall weight goes up! Keep going :) x

You look awesome! I'm doing Insanity to :-) x

Also remember you could be gaining more muscle. Have you tracked your fat % as your weight may be up but fat % down.

I would take a look at what your diet consists off. I can't see your diary but you could be eating your calories but these could be empty calories. For example not fuelling your body correctly etc....check your micro nutrients and see that your not going over things like your sugar and sodium. Small things like that really…

The start of gaining weight though was when I chaffed a hole in my jeans between my thighs! Embarrassing!

I hear you!! Legging and stretchy dresses!

This post is so true! For me it used to be: 1. I would walk and feel my belly and thighs wobble 2. I would constantly wear leggings! Jeans were a no go area! 3. People used to say "wow, you look really well" when you know they mean "wow, you look really fat" 4. Crying because I could no longer shop in the area that I…

I honestly would never do it! Although I am 25 I think that immature part of me would come out and I would get the giggles and I maybe point without realising lol. Hats off to you but I just couldn't do it haha

Check what you are eating. Like the above post, its very easy to go wrong when logging food. Check the contents of your food also, fat, carb and sugar content. You might be surprised!

I am starting in a weeks time as I am waiting for it to arrive. However what I usually do when I am really sore from running and teaching my boxercise classes, I use Epsom salts in my bath. Get the water as hot as you can stand it and put in a good dose (1pint) of salts and have a nice long soak. It will help with the…

Hello and Welcome! :) I think your very brave and you have taken that first step! It is very hard to loose weight and unfortunately very easy to put it on! My only bit of advise to you would be 1. Make sure you stick to your calories and log everything even if it means you have had a bad day and 2. It might be worth hiring…

Thank you :) That's really helpful. I'm excited and scared all at the same time haha! It's good to know you got a great time even though the plan wasn't followed to a T. Although I would love to get a great time I just think that covering the distance will be such an achievement :) If you have any other tips, please share…

Hi thank you :) I don't have a run as such, not yet. I'm looking to do one in perhaps 12 weeks. I'm not knew to running, I can run up to 7-8 miles at around 9min pace. Fastest 3 miles was in 25:07. I just want to challenge myself and put myself through the paces of having a solid training schedule for 12 weeks! :)

From my personal experience I actually find running on the roads easier. As you know the treadmill can get very boring when your staring at the same thing the whole time! I was worried also about keeping going because at least the treadmill doesn't stop but its actually a lot easier in my experience. My tips would be: 1.…

HRM always! I find that treadmills and other cardio machines go way over what you actually burn. Stick to your HRM for sure. Hope this helps :)
