When you get home go out for a walk/run, at least that way your out of the ouse so you cant eat, and what you do eat you'll hopefully offset by being out of the house and walking..

But your saying that the weight is constant, I dont get it, if they weigh the same they weigh the same, as you are comparing the weight of something that becomes the constant and not one of the variables.. I'm not sure if your missing the point of your own argument or if I'm really missing the point..

Well I've lost 14lb according to the weigh in thing so I've just changed my target from 2lbs a week to 1.5lbs and its gone upto 1540 calories a day from 1290 which is a lot more realistic for me anyway...

I dont tend to drink wine either, got 4 bottles fof Rose' under my desk from the boss at Christmas, as per last year I did tell him, or rather his PA that I dont drink when she came round but weirdly enough people dont listen here..
