i just finished my tvp tacos for lunch. i make my own taco seasoning because it's lower in sodium. usually add the tvp and water to a wok type pan and stir, then add the spice mix and simmer and stir until the water is gone. add chopped olives and wilt some spinach in et voila! also good on nachos, in chili and for sloppy…

thanks @NorthCascades and @heybales that is a lot more involved than i had imagined. i just use the spin bike that was collecting dust in the corner of my bf's office 2x per week. i am sure he would let me upgrade or swap out anything that i want, but i just don't think i have the funds to justify it at the casual level…

O+ as well and the red cross loves me. i have also donated platelets multiple times and it takes a lot longer, but at UCLA they used to set you up in a comfy chair and put on a movie for you which is nice. i never considered the metabolic effects but agree on the exercise break for a day or so.

i don't know exactly what you mean by a binge rut. do you mean that you're generally eating too much? are you over restricting and then breaking down and going on a binge? are you just getting started or have you been trying to lose weight for a while?
