There is a group called Daily Mini Challenges, and each day a different exercise is posted, somtimes along w a youtube video. This is a good idea for me... I want to start eating greek yog, but the plain always tastes funny to me even w the fruit. But I bet adding granola w it would make a difference. Thanks!

I can't wait to try the cinnamon apple idea, thanks!! I love apples & pb...I bet it's amazinv w the cinn. Good idea about a little honey, too. I do dark choc, too. 70% dark. It's good, but just strong enough that I really only eat a couple squares and I'm fine. I enjoy it w wine or w coffee. Thanks for the ideas!

My son and I talk about this a lot. He chose a skunk. Spraying stuff out of your butt is hilarious to a five yr old boy. I chose a bear. I don't think of it as what's 'allowed'...I do what I find important to me. To me, butter that is all natural is something I would eat. Unsalted, so I can control the sodium. Braggs has 160mg of naturally occurring sodium per 1/2 tsp from soy beans. No table salt added. It is very salty tasting, so it easily can be watered down. You can put it in a spray bottle w some water, as suggested on their site. Surely, if you need to restrict your sodium, this isn't the product for you

I had no idea tahini was so high in calcium! Thanks for posting it! Plant food continues to amaze me. I like chia seeds too. I often forget to use them, though. I should keep them out on my counter.

Also, beans are the iron powerhouse of plant food. Eat them with some citrus to increase your absorption, though. Calcium fortified oj too. There's tons really.
