Here is a little tool I found that helps me gauge how my gain is falling in terms of "normal pregnancy" gain. Honestly, I dont think there is a way around it. I'm a D cup. I have 1 sprots bra the kinda works better than the others. I think the trick is finding a brand that works for you. I saw these ones on Oprah that are supposed to be awesome though :)
