Starting Over...AGAIN

I am 27, 5'2 and weigh 188. It is about time to get it together to lose the weight! I joined myfitnesspal in December and I worked about and logged everything for about a month. Then I started a new job and then my routine I had went out the window. This past Monday I have started to log in what I eat and start my exercise regime again. I purchased the Firm Express Thin In 30 which is 20 minute workouts, which is great for me because I have a lack of time, just like everyone else.
I tend to struggle emotionally when I talk about my weight. I used to weigh 120 pounds, fit, slim, and healthy. I then had to get on some medication that caused me to gain all of the weight. I am now off the medicine for about 2 years now, but I haven't lost the weight weight. I have been depressed for a little bit due to the weight, and didn't want to get off the couch to do much about it. Well, this year my mom was diagnosed with diabetes. That is why this year is going to happen for me! I am not going to have diabetes like my mom has.
I am going to do it this time! I just may need some help and encouragement to do so! Please add me and we can do this together!

You CAN! I know the "used to be" thing is killer. I was too. And depression is my worst enemy :(. Bu we know that if we've been there before, we can do it again! And if you can fight depression, you have the heart to fight the weight! Add me and we can encourage eachother!
