Beef is not evil. Like anything else, eat in moderation. Grass fed beef has omega 3's which are good for you. So if you can get it- go for grass fed.

Oh yeah- my 13 yo son is 6'0' and wears a size 14 shoe. I am 5'2'. But the up side is I have not had to use my step stool to reach the top shelf for a couple of years now. :)

Good exercise week. Getting up early and doing the Jillian Micheals Body Revolutions work outs. I have worked out 5 times this week- tomorrow will be day 6. I am very proud of myself. I have gone from zero activity to 5 times last week and 6 times this week!

I have a small Ninja that I purchased from Wal Mart. I love it. I mix ice in my smoothies also and it does a grat job.

I found a good app for my android phone, it is Calories Burned Calculator. You put in your weight and the activity and it calculates calories burned. Haven't checked to see if it is in the App store on my iPad.
