I just got done running 2.5 miles and some free weights.my run went really good

I took the holiday weekend off. To spend time with family. But today it is time to get back on it . I'm going to try to run 3 miles on treadmill. I'm excited. I will post how my run goes!

You guys are all doing a fantastic job. Keep it up. I also live where it's cold, snow. It's not fun to run in cold. So it's time for me to start running inside.

When I started I couldn't even get pass c25k week 4. I stopped doing the program. And started running a half a mile. And kept on add a half mile until I can run a 5k without stopping. I have finished my 2nd 5k without having to walk at all. Im going to do a Full Marathon Relay in May. So I will have to run 5.5 miles. I can…

I can currently run 3.1 miles, no problem. I'm so excited for this event.

My run was fantastic. I did good. I wish my time was better. But we ran in a group. So it was fine. I'm going to do the Fargo marathon relay next year. So I will need to run about 5 miles. So I will need to start training for it.

I did a 5k in September and I was so excited I ran the whole thing and still felt like I could run longer. But that was my last time running. My niece talked me into doing this one.

I was a 14/16 size jeans. Bu t after a year of hard work I was able to get to 7/8

I have tried c25k twice. And I never got passed week 4. So I talked to a trainer and she set up a schedule for me. I ran half a mile told her my time, and she came up with a schedule for me. I increased my run a half mile ever week. I was able to run my run with no problem.....

I ran last night for the first time in a month. It was a lot of fun and I was not out of breath. I had to run inside cause it was raining and cold. The 5k that I'm doing is a full moon run.

I was running half mile every other day. For the first week. And after that I would add 1/2 mile every time after the first week. Also working with a personal trainer. But I'm no longer doing a trainer, working on my own.

Tonight I was going to run. But my meeting had to take to long. So I ended up riding bike instead. I went for 4.28 miles. Tomorrow I hope I can run

I was doing really good. Then I had to take a month off. Know I'm ready to get back running. . My 5k run is this Friday. I'm really scared. I'm not even sure how to get started running again. I don't have time to start the C25K over. So I'm not sure what I should do. Do you have any idea?

I use 2 Tablespoon coffee mate cream and 1/2 tsp. Stevia

Good job everyone , you all are doing good work. I just goth done doing week 4 Day 1. I surprised myself and was able to do it. When I started to run for 5 minute time. I was scared and was thinking of stopping. But this song came on and the way I went to the beat and I was like I was gone. I'm a little sore tonight.

A friend is going to drop off one of her DVDs for me to try.

Is might sound funny, but it really works. When I started running a friend of mine told me when my legs start hurting so much. Too take a rolling pin and use it on your legs. It will hurt at first. But in the long run it really helped. Rolling pins are not only for baking... :laugh:

I have 22 lbs left to lose. I need to lose inches and my last pounds. So I thought I would try something different. I'm doing c25k every other day.
