I'm up early and have coffe , then around 9:30 am I have breakfast. I usually have oatmeal or I have toast peanut butter and a banana ? But I'm not sure if I'm on the right track. Can anyone tell me if I am.

Last night ran 2 miles

4/7 ran 3.7 miles rain 4/8 rest 4/9 rest 4/10 5.5 miles

Tonight I just ran 3.5 miles. It started to ran so I got a ride home. But I figured that I'm already am battling a cold. But I did change up my run a little.

I'm doing my run tonight. I was doing the C210k. But I switched to running 1/2 mile and walking and keep switching back and forth until I reach 5.5 miles. When I feel I'm ready I will up it to a mile and walk a mile and so forth.
