Anyone have tried Xyngular
a friend of mine is on this diet and wants me to start it. Xyngular. She has lost alot of weight. But I keep telling myself that its not a good idea. Detozing your body is the furst part of the diet. Another thing its to expensive and I just dont think the weight will stay off. Any one have heard of it.

Beginner running group for April
Hello I'm training for a run in May 6.5 miles.. I have tried c25k and other ones, they just don't work for me. So I started running half mile 3 days a week. Each week I keep adding half mile each week. So far it seems to be working. Tell me how your runs are going.

I have to be able to run 5.5 miles by May 10th. I'm on Week 3 Day 2 I sure hope I can do this.. Tonight I just did Week 3 Day 1. I was scared about running 3 minutes and it was like nothing. Before I new it I was done with the run.. So I was thinking I should do another run. But I didn't I don't want to hurt myself....

I have tried this DVD before. And never made it through the whole thing. So if anyone has any advise for me.would be great. I'm also training to run 5.5 miles on May 10th. I was thinking that doing the DVD would help me build strength.

I'm signed up to do a marathon relay in May. I'm nervous about it. But training is good and bad days. Yesterday I had a good run, but woke up with my knee hurting. But at the end of the night my knee feels good.. How is your training going?
