I got one for Christmas and love it. But im having a hard time getting it synced to my fittnes pal. Can anyone help?

    Garmin is having issues at the moment. See their status page for updates. Currently syncing with MFP is down.

    It should be Syncing now. Garmin was having problems with the app due to the overwhelming number of new users acquired after Christmas.

    Is it not Syncing on your PC, Phone, or both?

    Hi there, I got one for Christmas also, it's got me motivated and back at it. I get mine to sync most times but it does say at the top of the page they are having problems. I do a cycle class and wished it would count pedaling. It does treadmill great, but then rest of day even when I'm active it has me in the red.

    I sent mine back due to the same problem fitmartymart is having. It would say I had walked 25 steps the second I put it on in the morning...while I was lying motionless in bed!!! I couldn't handle the inaccuracy, so back it went!!

    Mine isn't syncing yet either. So annoying.
