Beginners running Group

I'm training for a 10k this May. I'm on week 2 Day3. Hoping I can do this... How is your training going?

    I am training for a 10K and on day 1 week 4. It's going good, but today i gave myself a blister on the bottom of my right foot.

    I'm heading to the gym, to run. Hope it goes good. And then I'm going to lift some free weights
