i had pizza today too and it was a few things in red but I had a good workout and I am not stuffed so I not feel as bad....don't doubt yourself you have to take it one step at a time.

You need to at least eat your minimum 1200 otherwise your body will go into starvation mode. When I burn an extra 400-500 I use some of the extra calories if I need to but I do not eat all the calories back up.
