I would recommend setting protein/fat/carb ratio to 40%/30%/30% Now...here are a couple of comments to take you in the right direction: 1. it's probably because your blood sugar dips. it happens at different times for people. As a result, your blood pressure drops. I got that when I fasted but your diet of 1280 cals shouldn't do that to you

this is 6 SERVINGS of carbs...not grams it leaves plenty of veggies and fruit in Isn't a serving 20g of carbs? 120g of carbs though is not that little although i'm not sure how you're supposed to get only 9g of sugar in with that many carbs

It shouldn't be low b/c coconut milk is really high in fat and cals i think it's 1/2 cup = 150 cals and usually it's about 1.5 cups for a serving so it will be around 400 cals just for the coconut milk alone
