i love trader joes, my fave store, i shop there everyweek, its only 5 min from my house. i love their (frozen) grilled asparagus its easy to heat up 5 min at most and its easy to put together wit my lunch, they now have the joe joes (oreo cookies) gluten free and their amazing but its like 130 calories for 2 cookies :(

sw: 280 cw: 264 cw: 138 i go to the gym 5-6 days a week and do about 40-120 min of cardio(eliptical), i also do class like zumba, kickboxing. i also do videos at home like jillian michaels shred it with weights.
