I'm in. This is my first weight loss challenge and I'm looking forward to it. sw = 220.1 gw = 215 ugw = 140 Start a new exercise program and I believe my calorie intake was too low. So increased from 1200 to 1500.

Hi, I have a question for you. How tall are you? I think trying to lose that amount of weight in that short period of time is very dangerous. I would not worry about what other people has to say. Enjoy your sister's wedding and learn about the culture of China.
