I made this a few nights ago, substituting Mrs. Dash Chipotle for the Cajun seasoning. It was wonderful ~~~ very moist and tasty. Thanks for the idea!

The greek yogurts are especially high in protein and several have fruit blended in, though vanilla is tasty on it's own. Try different types. Oikos is my favorite and has a very nice consistency. Good luck!

I don't know if it's burning calories but I use one in my office at home and I don't get the backaches and general stiffness that I get at work sitting in an office chair for more than 20 minutes at a time.
