I've just done Day 7 Level 1 & I'm seeing a big difference in my stamina since Day 1. I've lost 3lbs in 7 Days & already seeing a difference in my body shape especially my tummy area & thighs!! It gives you great encouragement when you start to see results, so come on everyone keep on pushing forward, DON'T give up.

Hi, I'm on day 3 of level 1 & my legs r sore, I struggle to walk up stairs properly they hurt that much. I find I'm out of breath & sweating by the time 20 mins is up i fact day 1 I had to keep stopping I was that much out of breath & I wouldnt say I was an inactive person either. Ok so I've just done Day 1 & I found it really difficult, I had to keep stopping, my heart was pounding & my legs feel like they are about to drop off. I must be very unfit.
