I think you are eating way too little for the amount of exercise you are doing. Your body won't let go of any weight. On the day you do the elliptical and volleyball you really need to eat more to fuel your body. Good Luck!!

Same thing has happened to me. Sometimes it doesn't go away for a LONG time! I'm sure a little - maybe a pound or two is fat but the other five are water. You'll lose it :) Don't let the depression of this drive you to eat more.

You don't need a prescription. I bought mine from walgreens (a drug store here). They make their own and it was only like 20 bucks with some strips. You have to buy a kit if you want the lancer as well.

How were you taking it? It makes the biggest difference. I used to take it with my food in the morning but I would have a really sugary cereal and my stomach killed. Now that I'm taking it and eating a high protein meal the side effects are nil. It's worth it for me. I'm not having any bathroom issues this time around.

I always have to take a decent amount off. What the gym machines tell me versus what MFP tells me is even different. I think on here they severely OVER estimate.

I love Zumba. I also think it depends on your instructor. I've had great instructors and great classes and then I've had classes that I hated and didn't feel any burn from them. The class I go to now is seriously intense but SO fun. If you don't like the first one you try go to another one. Each instructor is different!
