Night time eating help
Hi guys, I was hoping someone had some advice for me. During the day I kick butt. I eat within my calories and even have a good number left for the evening but at night I LOSE it. I can eat 1000 calories after dinner alone. Any advice to curb this? It's really killing my efforts. Thanks so much!

Hi everyone. I know enough to understand that I should be eating at my BMR but do I have to net my BMR? Like what I'd I eat 2000 calories but only net 1200? Is that bad? I want to fuel my body right! Thank you!
