How to run a 5k (when you can't run 5 minutes)

Morning Lovelies!

A bunch of you sweet people have messaged me and asked for more details about my running schedule, how long I go, how to train for a 5k. Honestly? I'm a chubby girl who can barely run 3.1 miles and I'm SLOW but maybe I'm the kind of person you want to talk to because it IS hard and because I'm a newbie who still knows how exhausting (and amazing) this is.
