At 200 pounds I don't think 2000 calories a day will be maintaining your wight. I've always heard that to lose weight people should eat within a few hundred calories above their BMR. Your BMR is around 1700 calories so if you are doing any activity then anywhere from 1800-2000 calories would still have you losing weight.

I'd just try one out. I hate it. I think the flavor is so bizarre. Just don't buy a big pack until you try it. I love coconut milk so I thought I'd love it. I threw it away.

Be careful using the wordage "secondary infertility". Secondary infertility actually refers to women who have a child and cannot get pregnant or experience infertility on the second go round. I went through a lot of fertility treatment and weight loss +femara are what eventually got me pregnant.

Hi :) I'm 286 and rock out to zumba. When you need to take a break take a break. If you need to modify or skip a move then do it! it's an amazing workout and the instructors are great! Just stand in the back so you can watch everyone else until you get the hang of it!
