  • I use Diet Whey Protein and its def not hindered my progress, if anything its helped as I have more energy for the gym and dont ache as much so no need for as many rest days :)

  • I have recalculated this on MFP and I should be eating more around 1600 to lose roughly a lb a week (i didn't want to put it to .05lb a week to ease me into eating so many more kcal's a day I'll try this for a few weeks see if this helps.. ThankQ both.

  • Yes this.. I had to test this one day so weighed my self before my workout and straight after and had gained 2lb even after losing bout 10lb of sweat.. Don't panic its normal :)
  • I have PCOS I find it harder then some of my friends to lose weight and seem to have to put in the twice the effort.. I tried cutting carbs but that lasted all off 3 days, def not my cup of tea, I was moody and tired, and couldn't be bothered with anything which inpacted on my workouts so didn't help me at all.
  • be sensible don't go crazy with portion sizes and log the calories as normal, go for low cal on any other meals or snacks you plan to eat, do not go with it skipping meals would hinder more then help, try addin a lil extra exercise so you have more nutrition to play with.. most of all enjoy your day :)

  • WWW.30dayfitnesschallenges.com .. there's differenct options for different parts of the body, and take minimal time so can even fit in to the busiest schedules.. Just on day 3 of The abs challange.

  • I'm 22 now I was diagnosed with it at 12. I'm still learning to control it now.. they say the best way with PCOS is to lose weight is to cut down on carbs (my biggest downfall)
  • Getting on the scales and flying and going upto 17st (238lb) I knew I was big but a big shock and my naive 15stone that I roughly expected.. I vowed to change and now 158lb and still counting :)
