  • I didn't measure all over, just my waist but I am down 2 inches and 2 pant sizes!! I'm only on day 4 of level 2. Had to take some days off due to foot pain when I started level 2. Getting back at it tomorrow. I am very happy with my results!!!
  • I'm here...fell behind a little. Level 2 day 2 for me today. This routine is killing my feet! The outside of the bottom of my feet. Can't figure out how to "fix" it. I have flat feet but have never experienced pain during exercise like this before. Struggling at times but I will continue...just might take me longer.
  • I experience this too!! I thought it was just me. When it comes to the jump rope part I jump one foot at a time, not both at once and that helps but the last 2 circuts of jumping jacks I either stop with 4 or 5 to go or I jump with my feet closer together. I'm hoping it works itself out as they get used to being used.…

And it wasn't first thing in the morning either, it was after I sat in my car for 30 min for the commute to work, or sitting at my desk...EVERY time I stood up to pee…
  • fitclick.com....click on Workout & Fitness tab, How many calories burned and search for "30 day shred", enter your weight. I'm 210 and it says I burned 476 calories compared to the 381 this site calculates for me.
  • So I have been doing 30 minutes of cardio on my elliptical for the past several weeks. Should I still do that? or should I just make this my only exercise each day/week? I have not started yet and I have been reading how sore everyone is so maybe that is my answer...lol. I will start 30DS tonight.
