What can I eat besides bacon,sausage,brats, chicken and cheese since they are low in carbs? veggies i know are low as well?

I havent lost any weight in over 3 months. I am working out 5 days a week and eating 1400-1600 calories a day. @mistizoom what kind of foods do you eat for the low carb?

I am on the shakes now for breakfast and I tried to do one for lunch as well but I would get light headed and was so hungry by supper time I was eating anything and everything I could get my hands ON! just so we are all CLEAR HERE! I am moving! I am working out 5 days a week at the gym. I really only wanted helpful things not the attitude u get on here! thanks! This is supposed to be a helpful site that people can go 2 to get that support and yet we have the people who just want to be total *sses!
