well even if you are... you might have to drop your calorie intake cause your body probably got accustom to how much you are eating OR you just need time... weight comes off easy at first and then it becomes harder..

That's Wonderful about your 4lbs in 9days.. i was also thinking about the 30days shred but i would start when i get under 200... cant wait to find out how much you lose by day 30:)

ok well both are almost the same but cardio is better because cause it helps with the fat... try zumba cause that what i'm doing.. 45 mins of zumba can burn up to 500 calories for our size... and also a healthy diet.. right now im only consuming 1200 calories but you can do 1400... and weightlifting helps with the toning…
