I'm 218lbs... started at 222lbs.. and that was from changing my diet... i'm now adding exercise... and was thinking... why keep this to myself when i can have people who can relate to me and help me with it... SOOOOOO Our goal is to push to get under 200 within two months... Who's Interested??? :D
I just did zumba fitness RUSH on xbox 360 w/ kinect and it told me that i did it for 63 mins and burn 834 calories... I'm in shock but before i get too excited.. is this information correct because i want to do it again later today which would make a total of about 1600 + the 500 i decrease from my diet which would briing…
