Do you the amount of calories they aren't taking in??? There is an incomplete picture, how are you supposed to be able to answer this questions with 0 info.

I'm eating about 1250 a day and doing 3-5 miles on the treadmill daily. Sometimes on Sunday I got a bit over. I've lost 16 lbs so far. I don't plan on keep the calories this low, just getting down to 165ish first. I started at 204, now I'm at 188.

I've been cooking my own food seperate. The guys are cool because they know im getting back into excellent shape. I still sit and eat with 'em though

Basically 2 years of no running and eating **** made me fat...haha before that i was running and eating right every day. i know thos is a bit extreme but ill take it day by day and adjust as needed.

I expected some dizziness or hunger pains honestly...i have not had any symptoms...if i do i will up my intake, but so far nothing.
