If you believe the BMI then you believe that George Cloney, Matt Damon, and Brad Pitt are all over weight. The BMI was created in the 1800's for 1800's man, our culture and nutrition has changed dramatically since then. What other health advice do you use today that was used in the 1800's, most likely none.

BMI was created in the 1800's for 1800's man, do you use anything else created in the 1800's? Most likely not. If you believe the BMI Matt Damon, Brad Pitt and George Cloney are all overweight. For some people the BMI weight does look healthy for others it does not, it depends on your body frame.

I am about 6 lbs off of my next goal. Haven't decided where I want to stop but thinking about another 50 lbs that will take me to around 200 lbs. According to BMI I will still be overweight but I don't see myself any lower then that. I think that once I get around that weight I will concentrate on building muscles.
