I'm sure I will be over because I been over calories everyday since I pulled a muscle and couldn't workout for these past 2 weeks. I'm hoping by Sunday I can start working out again.

I agree with everyone you're eating way to little. I eat at least 1650 a day n have lost pretty much 10lbs a month.

I got a health o meter from target. I have had it now almost 4 years and it's still accurate. I only know this based on my weights at the dr office my scale usually only off by 1lb n half. N that's with shoes my clothes on at the dr

If you are feeling like this after one week, how will you handle a plateau? If you want to be on death door and do crazy things just to lose it fast by all means go ahead and do it. You will only have yourself to blame in the end. This a marathon not a sprint so relax and enjoy the journey.

Plan on making lasagna, garlic knots, pineapple upside down cake and greens.. I needed a lil veggies but my lasagna will be made with spinach and ground turkey,turkey sausage.

It's not a plateau unless it last longer than a month. So relax your body tends to react when u stress and get compulsive about these things.

My resolution is to keep doing what I'm doing. Hopefully in the end I will be at my goal weight by my birthday in August.

What got me started was finally getting on the scale. Once I saw 305 I knew I had to make a change.... I didn't officially start till July 1 though. I joined MFP in February thinking I was ready but never got started lol. Now nothing can stop me and I can't wait to see where I will be by next August.

I just eat and log everything I put in my mouth. Including gum and mints, I usually pre log since I mostly eat the same things during the week.

Congrats on your loss, that's 40lbs in 6 weeks so I'm sure you can lose 30 in 5 months. Just stick to a plan you can keep for the rest of your life. You don't have to give up everything you love to lose weight.
