Awesome. Being overweight and unhealthy feels as bad as being in debt or out of money-you may not end up in court, but you can end up in the hospital or worse. I wish I had stuck with this when I was young and it was easier-but its never too late to get healthy.

OK I weighed this morning so I could reset officially. I will be out of town next Wed, but I will weigh Monday before I leave and then Friday when back at home, then try and get on a WED schedule. Guess I better measure too! Need to figure out who is in this group so I can add friends!

I was the same also-now drink a protein shake or when in hurry at least eat a hard boiled egg at least. Always protein in the morning-not carbs. They make me hungry all day if I eat them for breakfast! I do feel better and have more energy now that I eat breakfast.

I steam white or sweet in the microwave and spray with I can't beleive its not butter spray or use FF sour cream or Ranch dressing when I want one. Mostly do sweet potatoes now that I have found I like them w/o all the sweet stuff added! Adding broc/cheese or just salsa also very good.
