It could be the water weight. I noticed that I stay the the same weight the week before and of my period, and then when it's over 3-4 pounds just fall off. I hope this helps.

Me too! I just buy the pizza dough at the store and make them with lots of veggies and only alittle sauce. Instead of using a lot of mozzarella cheese, I try using different ones like parm or goat cheese. My favorite one yet was wheat dough, goat cheese, sundried tomatos, and cooked onions. Hope this helps =)

Saying no to a box of danishs that someone brought into work today. I had breakfast and wasn't hunrgy, so I just said no thanks. It felt great to exercise some will power =)

You can look it up under database (a separate tab under food) and it will give you the option to edit. You can also create it under "my foods". Hope this helps =)

I've been on here for a week and I love it. I find it helps by making me aware of what I'm actually eating and it motiviates me to exericse, and I already lost some weight! Good luck!
