Wait another 2 or so weeks. I find that exercise can actually mask weight loss, and you have to wait to see the weight decrease. Often my weight goes down after having a few rest days.

Weight fluctuates, both during the day and from day to day. It just happens. If you are going to weigh daily (or even weekly) you need to be aware of this. I use an app called Libra which shows your weights trend, which helps you to see beyond the fluctuations. It is the overall trend that matters.

I am sorry, but I don't understand what the big deal is about eating bread and fruit when you are sick. Just start afresh tomorrow amd don't worry about what you did today. You don't need to 'clean' yourself from bread and fruit.

Starting out with MFP is not a bad way to start, but once you have the data you should be able to figure out your TDEE.
