That was the exact recipe I used last year.

If you are going to weigh yourself frequently, then you need to understand that your weight will fluctuate up and down, no matter what, especially if you are a woman, as hormone levels also impact on weight. Most women 'gain' severqal pounds while on their period, only to lose it shortly after their period has finished.…

Blending with fruit as a smoothie is yummy. I actually gave up on my kefir and haven't had it in ages, but it did make good smoothies.

Salt gain is really water gain, eating high quantities of salt causes you to retain water. Drinking more water helps your body flush the salt out of your body.

Is it your time of month?

Everyone has to work out what works for them.

I am backing others and saying, you do not look too thin. You have to remember people are comparing you to how you used to be, and you are now much smaller. So people might start thinking you are too thin. If you want to keep improving your body, I think you should concentrate on increasing your muscle mass.

Have you got any professional help for your ED?

If you are hungry all the time, it could well be a sign you need to eat more... That being said, a lot of people don't eat all their exercise calories back, so if 700 calories seems to much, try eating an extra 350 calories instead.

So, the study shows us that more protein makes [mice] eat less, and more carbohydrates makes [mice] eat more? Wow. :P

Looking at other people's reactions. :noway: While calorie counting is a successful weight loss/management tool for many people, it is not the only succesful method, and for other people other methods may be more suitable. Intuitive eating is NOT how I got overweight, eating whatever I wanted whenever I wanted did. That is…

Many eating disorder specialists recommend not tracking calories.

Hi, I have decided to try intuitive eating, but will still be logging all the food I eat. My goal is to get away from thinking "How many calories do I have left?" and instead go for "How hungry do I feel?" and see how it goes. You can add me as a friend if this sounds like what you want, but if you don't want to because I…

For weight loss only, calories is the key thing. The amount of carbs is really up to personal choice. In terms of other health factors, getting enough micronutrients and fibre also comes in, so try to make sure you are eating at least a few portions of fruit and/or vegetables everyday. One thing I have come to realise is…

Inaccurate entries in database. Hopefully it is the macros which are inaccurate and not the calories. Might want to check the items entered

It seperates quickly like that for me only on hot days or when I left it for a few days. Normally it would go a kind of like a cottage cheese in milk... and sourness was only a bit more than unsweetened yoghurt. Try putting it in a cooler place, less grains etc. is the best advice I can think of.

When I actually stick to my planned calorie intake I usually lose more than it predicts.

1200 calories is the minimum amount of calories a small woman needs to eat to meet her nutrient needs without supplementation. So, only if you are a small woman.

The amount of weight you could potentially gain from glycogen storage is less than 1kg. So, I think it is not worth worrying about.

You want advice on what to buy at the supermarket? This is what I do. Buy lots of fruit and vegetables. Buy some good quality protein. Buy some good quality cooking oil and/or butter. Get a selection of other things which can be added to the above to make the food yummy, but are not too high in calories. Buy one or two…

Waitangi Day is February 6th in NZ. A bit of a controversial day, as it was the day the English signed a treaty with the indigenous people, only to start breaking it a few decades later.

Extra protein is all.

There might not be overtraining, but there is probably inefficient training.

Women are not a single entity. Some women probably find it attractive, others may not.

You did not mess up. Repeat that to yourself a few times. Then take a big deep breath. And start your meal plan. Also, you might want to chuck the scales.

For the average woman, 2000 calories a day is the amount they should be aiming to eat to maintain their weight. You have a specialist working with you, who has asked you to eat 2100 calorie meal plan. You should take her advice and eat according to the plan. You may be best to not even track the calories on MFP. If you…

This. Also, do you really need to lose 2 pounds a week? I suggest reading this: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1080242-a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants

When are you more likely to binge, given that you are eating more on the weekend?
