My "rest" day is on sundays and its just stretching, yoga and maybe light cardio. There is no way I can rest. I tried that this weekend and felt so bad and my workout yesterday sucked because I lost my momentum.

I am confused. I thought to lose weight you need to burn more calories. So if you eat all those calories back, then what was the point of burning them off?
