protein
I know this has been asked, but I can't seem to find a thread about it, but how are ways to get more protein? I can never meet my goal. I do protein shakes, lean meats, nuts, greek yogurt,etc and figure I am missing something packed with protein that might help me.

water intake question
So I seen before that people add water that they mix with things (tea, protein shakes, etc) on to the water counter. I don't generally do that, and only log straight water, but should I be adding the other? For instance, I just made a protein shake with 12 ozs of water...should I add that or not? best exercise for obese women
Other than walking. What is low impact, semi easy to moderate, but effective, if anything? I'm looking for new things. I am 24, 293 lbs, not new to exercise, but suffer from severe fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome so I struggle a lot. Thanks.

Why is it that after I exercise, I am in a horrible, irritable, and crappy mood the rest of the day? I though it was suppose to be a mood lifter.

Taking bites
How do you log bites? Like earlier I took a small bite from my daughter's bacon cheeseburger from Wendy's. I know that those calories count, but I have no idea how to log it?

round 2. need friends and support again
I am doing this for a second time. I stopped 3 months ago, was down 10 lbs. But then life threw me a loop and I gained it all back plus a few more. Unfortunately, every one who helped me along that journey is either gone or deleted me. I need that support otherwise this will never happen for me. ADD ME :)

csections and ab exercises
I have had 2 csections. One June 2011 and one June 2012 and I feel like I have no muscles there anymore. When I try to exercise them it burns me out because it is soo hard. Especially in Insanity where they tell you to keep your core tight..Ii cant for the life of me. Any suggestions? Thanks!

calories burned by heart rate?
I keep seeing people calculating their calories burned based on heart rate? If that is true how dow it work? And how can I do it without a heart rate monitor?
