Dr Pepper is my biggest addiction. I recently was able to go 4 1/2 days without one. That was tough. lol. But I WILL NOT do diet pop. I do it whenever I feel like it. Sometimes when I wake up (about 8-9 am), sometimes as late at 6pm.

I have the same issue. I go to bed late. I just leave about 600 calories left for my "forth meal", or when I get the munchies or whatever. That way I dont blow it. And if I still go over, it's usually not by much lol.

I've never been one to be uncomfortable with them on. I prefer them off, but hey, whatever. My only thing is none in the shower or standing up. Gravity has not been kind to me ;p

I get my sweets in daily. I just fit it in my calories. Even if it doesnt fit exactly, I don't sweat it. If I could never have sweets, or even just have them once in awhile, then I would rather be fat lol.

Unlike most people, I DO see it as a personal failure. Mostly because I knew I was wrong, and that I should not be eating like that, yet I did it anyways. Sometimes by choice, sometimes because I couldn't help it. But yes, I see it as a failure.

again, you may not want to hear it, but I just focus on my goal. Yes, is so hard. Some days I still binge. But, I move on and continue. I learn from those, and it has eventually led to less binge eating.

I'm able to drink 3 liters of water a day now. Before, I might have gotten a cup in. Then worked my way to 8, and now this. In 2 months. Also, as someone who is hopelessly addicted to Dr Pepper...I am going on day 3 without one :smiley:

I'm 287lbs but I am also 5'8", and an hour glass shape. I am fat, but there are people my weight that look MUCH bigger. Why? Because they are shorter, or they are a different shape....it's just about your body.

They're really not simple carbs, so I don't think you should worry. Only thing I can think of is cut down on fruits and veggies?

Mcdonalds....eat a grilled chicken sandwich, and a parfait instead of fries. Depends how much calories you are looking to use when it comes to your drink. I usually do a medium Dr Pepper if I have extra, or just a unsweet, or half and half tea if I don't.

When you have to tell yourself "FOR F* SAKE, GET OFF MFP AND GO WORKOUT!". That and when you look at nutrition labels on foods before eating them to make sure they fit into your goals lol. I love this website.
