I HATE exercising so feel free to add me. I kind of have to compete with people to motivate myself. If my partner does 15 minutes on the bike, I just have t make sure I can prove that I can do it too. I need to tone my arms and stomach the most if that sounds similar? Found a good youtube clip that I might follow :-)

I have literally just started my diet today so this is my very first weigh in and the first target I have set. SW: 168 CW: 168 GW: 160 Weigh in Dates: 2/1 2/9 168 2/15 2/22 2/28 (or whatever weigh in days you use) Total weight lost: Newbie and hopeful!!
