I'm based in the UK (Essex) so weather can be wet but not too snowy/icy here. It's great to hear your success :)

Definitely going to try to stick with it. Going to find something to do on the days in between to try and build up my cardio so hopefully this will help x

If you have an iphone you can download the podcast app and search NHS Couch to 5K on there and just download them. You can do it on other android phones too but haven't got one so not sure how. There's an app too that does the same and both play music as you go x

I'm considering the cardio in the mornings before I get ready for work too and before the kids get up. I'm hoping to have a really good go at at this time. I'm just getting far too big! x

Thanks Susan and well done for the weight loss! was just looking at the insanity workout too... not sure if I'm up to that or not though! I am very lazy which does NOT help. my job used to be more active but since moving jobs i sit a lot more which I don't think has helped!

I definitely do this! But I suppose it's just about not doing it all the time. Think, despite how much exercise you do, if you eat fried food everyday you are more likely to suffer from conditions associated with COPD etc like atherosclerosis.
