I have a protein shake every morning for breakfast. The reason behind this however is because I did not eat breakfast before I started on my journey to eating better and losing weight. Of course it has helped me a lot...after all breakfast is the most important part of the day and I was skipping it :)

I joined January 14th in Ontario, Canada. I weighed in at 265 lbs and have lost 15 so far. Love the combination of TOPS and MFP.

I have a "yo nannas" machine. I live in Canada and it was 50 dollars. It turns any frozen fruit or frozen fruit combination into soft serve. I love it.

I am 5' 9". I started at 265 and am down to 250 after 6 weeks. My doctor says a good goal weight for me is 190. He said when I get to 190 we can revisit that goal :)

Oh my goodness. This was me 3 weeks ago. I started and am down 12 lbs. I feel better and can climb out of bed in the morning. The first day is the hardest. One hour at a time. This hardest is taking the first step. I am so glad I did.

I just joined this week as well but have been making better choices for 3 weeks now and am down 12 lbs. I am 34 years old and have 2 children.

Hi. I finally just joined today. I joined TOPS on January 14 and weighed in at 265lbs. At weigh in on Feb.4 I was down to 253 for a total weight lose of 12lbs. I am super excited and I feel so much better. My friends encouraged me to join MFP. Hoping this will make me stay on track. I wish you all the best. A great support…
