Any other fruit "soft serve" recipes out there?

Love the banana "soft serve" idea and figure avocado might work the same way. But are there any other frozen fruit "soft serves" that anyone has tried that have come out as successful as banana (other than plantains)?

  • you can do it with mango or berries-just freeze in chunks, blend with some milk to thin it out, then freeze it to make it harder if you wish.

Mnn, they end up more like sorbet rather than a "creamy" soft serve, don't they?
  • well yeah, but I mean it's still soft serve. lol. I don't think any other fruits have that texture.

I have a "yo nannas" machine. I live in Canada and it was 50 dollars. It turns any frozen fruit or frozen fruit combination into soft serve. I love it.
